According to local news outlets on July 27, South Korea`s Ministry of Justice has given permission to Terra`s DoKwon, a joint investigation team for financial securities crimes from the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor`s Office, to issue a [Notice of Arrival." Permission requested by the team.
DoKwon falsely lures investors by promising unsustainable returns on investment despite realizing that the price of digital currencies may drop sharply at any time.
Terra's Shin has recently made headlines as South Korea investigates a government search warrant at his home. His payments system, ChaiCorp, has also come under scrutiny as part of a series of government investigations into other businesses.
The two notices will help the criminal investigation team further investigate DoKwon's alleged fraud and money laundering, after arriving in South Korea from Singapore.
