"Little Fox wallet adds bsc" good news: Bill Murray's wallet hacked, FIFA's tokenization highlights, Muse's top spot, and more...

2023 07/19

Late last week, about 110 hackers stole Murray's Ethereum wallet, WrappedETH (wETH), worth $172,000.

TheBillMurray1,000NFT Thursday, September 1st, the auction will have just concluded. Part of ChiveCharities` charitable fundraising activities generated a total of 119.2wETH in sales.

However, hackers reportedly monitored Murray's wallet throughout the day, taking the vast majority of the funds by the end of the sale.

While it is impossible to be 100% sure how the hackers accessed the Murray wallet, it is believed that the wallet consumed the loophole. I heard they then moved the stolen funds to the Binance exchange and Unionchain.ai related wallet addresses.

The Murray wallet security team tried to stop hackers from stealing his blue chip NFTs, such as 2 CryptoPunks, a PudgyPenguin and DamienHirst NFTs, and transferring them to the safehouse wallet.

"TheBillMurray1000" consists of 1,000 NFTs, depicting Murray's artwork inspired by 100 career stories. The tokens were launched in partnership with Coinbase`s NFT marketplace, and some of the highest value NFTs offered buyers the chance to sit down with Murray for a beer.

As of this writing, Murray's wallet has only 0. The remaining 047ETH is worth about $75.

FIFA follows the best shooting lines in the NBA

FIFA, the governing body of FIFA, has announced a new NFT project under the name "FIFACollect".

It will take a similar approach to DapperLab's popular NBA TopShot, which consists of a marketplace and a collection of in-game highlights.

The project will be launched later this month through the FIFA data content platform FIFA, and the NFT will depict historical moments from the past FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women's World Cup. Algorand's NFT digital art and graphics will also be associated with game highlights.

It is part of a promotional campaign for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar this November.

Blockchain Based Muse

British rock band Muse have become the first band to top the UK charts with an album sold in NFT format.

The iconic rock band reportedly sold 51,500 copies of their new album Will of the People last week, making it the best-selling album of all time. Notably, this number exceeds the combined sales of the next nine best-selling albums.

As part of the album's release in late August, Muse is offering 1,000 copies of the tagged album through the Serenade Marketplace. NFT versions that differ from physical albums have alternate cover art and Muse digital signatures.

NFLxNFT Sneaker Deals

Wide receiver DeVonta Smith of the Philadelphia Eagles teamed up with Web3 startup Endstate in order to build and build a unique sneaker deal NFT about a representative sneaker collection.

According to a Sept. 2 report from BizJournals, Endstate is first selling NFTs of digital versions of Smith's signature shoes, and customers will receive physical versions once they're ready to ship in mid-December.

Smith worked with Endstate on the design department to create the shoe, and the NFT will be available later this month.

The appeal of this part of Endstate is the tokenization of the popular shoe collectible market.

Putting shoe NFT associations on the blockchain would allow customers to display verified ownership of shoes online and potentially make it easier to buy, sell and trade the sneakers they seek.

Wonderful news:

NFT marketplace OpenSea announced in a Twitter announcement last week that once the merger is complete, it will support the newly upgraded proof-of-stake of the Ethereum blockchain. Therefore, the platform will only support Ethereum NFTs on PoS, and will not support any NFTs from potential forks.

A group of hackers known as the Belarusian Cyber Guerrilla has been trying to sell hacked NFTs that include the passport information of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. It was part of a grassroots subsidy campaign to fight "the bloody regimes in Minsk and Moscow".
